That is just mumbo jumbo with no thought behind it. That is like saying God created knowledge and the lack of knowledge. One has knowledge and lack of knowledge, but knowledge is obtained, lack of knowledge is not obtained. Lack of knowledge it the absence of knowledge.
You could say God created hot and cold, but that may not be true, maybe God only created heat, and the cold is the lack of heat.
God cannot be both good and bad at the same time, that is contradictory. God is either good or bad.

There are not contradictions in the Bible, you may have people misunderstanding how the Bible should be interpreted that is not the same as a contradiction.
The Bible is made of many books, some are factual, some are allegorical, some are poetic, they all though are true.
Some religions can be the cause of war, some can be the cause of hate. All religions are not the same or equal. 2+2=4 that is the correct answer to that equation, I could give you almost an infinite number of possible answers, they all would be wrong. That though does not mean one is not right, for in fact one is right, the answer 4 is correct.
All wars are not evil, we are constantly at war with ourselves. There is just wars, good not submitting to evil.
If you be at peace with what is good and evil in yourself, and do not try to overcome what is bad in you, you are nothing more than a base animal, without any reap purpose or meaning except to satisfy your own selfish desires.

There is no greater love than to die to oneself and but the other before yourself. Sacrifice, that is true love.
